Thank you for preparing the release. If #1935 can be considered a tiny change, it can be released as RuboCop RSpec 3.0.3 instead of 3.1.0. This would provide an easier update opportunity for RuboCop RSpec 3.0 series users who have specified versions like |

I think it would be good to release the following as soon as possible.
Before submitting the PR make sure the following are checked:
master(if not - rebase it).CHANGELOG.mdif the new code introduces user-observable changes.bundle exec rake) passes (be sure to run this locally, since it may produce updated documentation that you will need to commit).
